JC has successfully led the Precision Painting & Waterproofing crew of talented painters and craftsmen since 1997. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, he is a licensed paint contractor with additional specialist training in scaffolding erection and high-lift equipment. He also holds OSHA and EPA certifications. He’s proud of his team’s reputation for furniture-quality finishes, commercial and residential painting, and often-complicated restorations. This, he says, is what separates run-of-the-mill painters from experienced professionals.

A graduate of the Philadelphia Arts Institute, Mike brings more than 35 years of paint and waterproofing industry experience to the Precision team. His decades of working with paint manufacturers gives him a unique advantage of what causes paint failures due to wrong product specifications. As V.P. of Sales, he is instrumental in expanding Precision Painting & Waterproofing into the south Florida market, including Jupiter and the Palm Beaches. In addition to being bilingual, his ability to build strong professional relationships and his keen leadership skills are ideal for our Precision team.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Caroline joined Precision Painting & Waterproofing in 2017. Having earned a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and extensive management experience in the hospitality industry, she brings a world of knowledge, excellent customer relations, and organizational management to our team. When she’s not working, she loves spending time traveling, cooking and reading.

Josh joined the Precision Painting & Waterproofing team for more than 15 years ago and has successfully worked his way up to Project Manager of our talented crew as well as Estimator of many Precision projects. His professional certifications include OSHA, boom lifts, scaffold, rigging, respirator, fall protection, safety training and numerous coating application certifications.  

As Senior Superintendent, Moe brilliantly leads our talented crews. With a paint contractor’s license and numerous professional certifications to his credit, he joined Precision Painting & Waterproofing more than 19 years ago. Moe earned a B.S. in Construction from Southern Illinois University and holds a High-Lift Equipment certification, Swing Stage certification, and a certification in Lead-base Paint Removal.

A Vero Beach native and avid outdoorsman, Mike has been a paint foreman with Precision for more than 12 years. His professional certifications include OSHA, boom lifts, scaffold, rigging, respirator, fall protection, safety training and coating-application certifications.

As Paint Foreman for Precision’s South Florida region, Mike not only brings industry experience to the team he also has a disciplined approach to his work. He served in the United States Army, including a tour of duty in Afghanistan, until 2006. Since then, he has worked in paint production and remodeling, and joined our Precision team in 2016. Mike is quick to admit that great leadership skills and a sense of family values are strong attributes that attracted him to Precision Painting & Waterproofing.
